Hubert S.

Hubert S. began their career in 1999 as a Program Manager at Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer. In 2001, they moved to Vision Consulting as a Senior Consultant. In 2004, they became a Project Manager at VisionWare plc, where they had limited experience with Prince2 and the merger of Scrum and Prince2 practices. In 2005, they joined Rally Software Development Corp as an Agile Coach, where they coached and trained executives, program managers, and delivery teams on Agile & Lean concepts and processes. In 2009, they joined Smits Management Consultancy LLC as a Management Consultant, where they furnished Agile/Lean training and coaching to mid to global Fortune 100 corporations. Hubert also leveraged their Certified Scrum Trainer Certification to certify Scrum Masters and Scrum Product Owners. In 2010, they became a Program Director at StoneRiver, where they led 15 geographically dispersed teams to build a suite of insurance products. In 2016, they co-founded Big Orange Square as the CTO, specializing in improving time to market in the industrial & manufacturing domain. Finally, in 2020, they became a Board Member at Make4Covid.co, where the group is focusing on the future, experimenting with room/building monitoring, and tracking the state of the virus.

Hubert S. attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a BSc in Information Technology. Hubert also attended Hogeschool TIO EINDHOVEN from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a BSc in Information Technology. In 2005, Hubert S. obtained a Certified Scrum Trainer certification from the Scrum Alliance.
