Big Purpose Big Impact provides strategy, evaluation, and training to help nonprofits, public sector programs, and mission-driven organizations design and demonstrate meaningful social impact.

We specialize in performance measurement, program evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making—particularly for complex initiatives where accountability, learning, and results matter.

With decades of experience across AmeriCorps, national service, foundations, and cross-sector initiatives, we help organizations move beyond compliance to use data for learning, improvement, and credible impact reporting.

Our work is grounded in practical systems, clear frameworks, and real-world implementation—supporting leaders, staff, and stakeholders in making defensible, results-driven decisions.

Big Purpose Big Impact collaborates with trusted partners and subject-matter experts as needed.

Sue Hyatt also advises business leaders on strategic community investment through her work at suehyatt.com.
