Jerrod Thomas

Jerrod Thomas, P.E., MBA, has extensive experience in engineering, primarily within the power systems sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Big Rivers Electric Corporation since November 2012, Jerrod has held various positions within the organization, including Engineering Supervisor and Senior Substation Engineer. Prior to this role, Jerrod worked as a Power Systems Engineer at Matrix Design Group LLC and completed an Electrical Engineering Internship at AK Steel Corporation. Jerrod began a career in electrical work as an Assistant Electrician at Hendrix Electric, LLC. Academically, Jerrod holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Engineering Management, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management.
