EARTI™ is a turnkey, modular indoor farming system designed for operators who need predictable output, simple operations, and scalable profitability.

Built for franchise owners, multi-unit operators, grocers, hospitality groups, and institutions, the EARTI™ Grow System enables year-round production of premium, nutrient-dense microgreens and produce—inside almost any indoor space. No soil. No pesticides. No climate risk. No long food miles.

Unlike traditional vertical farms that require massive infrastructure, high labor, and all-or-nothing capital bets, EARTI™ operates as a system—not a farm. Each self-contained unit runs its own micro-climate, allowing operators to install only what they need and scale unit by unit as demand grows.

Powered by automated climate, lighting, and irrigation controls, EARTI™ reduces labor, shortens grow cycles, and delivers consistent, repeatable results. Operators maintain full control over yield, quality, and margins every cycle.

The system has been university tested, validated for superior taste and up to 7× higher nutrient density than store-bought produce, with retail and hospitality pilots underway.

Whether deployed in vacant real estate, retail environments, commissary kitchens, schools, or distribution hubs, EARTI™ transforms underutilized space into a high-performance food production asset—often with payback in under 12 months per unit.

EARTI™ isn’t speculation. It’s ownership of a proven grow system—designed for real-world operators.
