Born in Ahmedabad. Built for the World.
Since 2015, Big Social Recruiting has evolved from a single room into a 110+ strong recruitment engine. Operating from 9 specialized command centers, we are the team behind the world’s fastest-growing tech companies.

From "Big Ideas" to Big Impact.
Technological innovation is in our DNA.
The journey began in 2015 under the banner of Big Ideas Social Media Recruitment Pvt Ltd. Our founders realized a hard truth: The best talent isn’t applying to jobs. The top 1% of engineers are busy building the future, not scrolling through job boards.

We decided to stop “posting” and start “connecting.” We built Big Social Recruiting to reach the 70% of passive talent that traditional agencies miss.

We replaced cold calling with Social Sourcing. We replaced “Post & Pray” with AI-Driven Programmatic Marketing. Today, under the Big Ideas umbrella, we don’t just recruit; we engineer teams.
