We support people who want to create, contribute and attend festivals while forging their own paths into the industry. We work with employer organisations to develop more inclusive festival environments, with a view to contribute to long-term, meaningful change in the live events sector. 

Big Team CIC was established in 2019 by Team Love Productions as a proactive response to the lack of representation within their own workforce and the creative industry as a whole. 

Through equity driven projects, community collaborations, and long-term engagement, we empower individuals to thrive and reshape the future of the industry in a way that works for them.
