Mitchell Armitt

Mitchell Armitt has extensive experience in category management within the retail sector, currently serving as a Senior Category Manager at BIG W since November 2017, overseeing categories such as Him & Her Apparel, Home, and Seasonal. Prior to this role, Mitchell worked at Woolworths Supermarkets from August 2010 to November 2017 as a Category Manager for General Merchandise and held various positions including Buyer for Seasonal events and National Promotional Manager. Mitchell began the career journey at Woolworths Limited as a Buying & Marketing Graduate from February 2008 to July 2010 and started in retail operations as a Duty Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets from 2001 to 2008. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction in Marketing from Western Sydney University and completed the Higher School Certificate at St Paul's Grammar School.
