John Hunter

John Hunter is the Chief Operating Officer at the Big Yellow Group, bringing extensive experience in consumer services and operational management. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer at HomeServe, where they oversaw service operations for over 1,500 colleagues. John also held various leadership roles at Carphone Warehouse, including Managing Director of Connected World Services, where they grew the business to revenues exceeding £100 million. John began their career as a Trainee Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., gaining valuable experience in audit and business advisory services while becoming ACA qualified. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
