Maayan Dror

Maayan Dror is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in leading teams and developing machine learning solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Bigabid since June 2025, Maayan previously held the position of Data Science Senior Manager at Unity, where responsibilities included managing a multidisciplinary team and overseeing the implementation of ML initiatives. Other notable roles include Director of Data Science at ironSource, and Data Science Team Leader at DayTwo and StartApp, where Maayan drove projects from conception to deployment, utilizing advanced machine learning techniques. Maayan's career began as a Data Mining Expert at myThings and included positions as a Researcher at Deutsche Telekom Laboratories and a BI and Predictive Analytics Developer at Intel. Maayan holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Information Systems Security and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
