Krushi Kumar

Krushi Kumar is a retail operations leader with a focus on store and distribution center management and process excellence. Currently serving as a DC Manager at Big Basket, Krushi handles the entire store operations and is responsible for maintaining fill rates, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely training for new employees. Previously, Krushi held positions as an Assistant Store Manager and Department Manager at DMart and completed a summer internship at Home First Finance Company. Krushi earned a Master’s degree in PGDM from ICBM-School of Business Excellence and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramappa Engineering College.
