Mukesh Kumar

Mukesh Kumar is an HR Executive at Big Basket, specializing in recruitment and onboarding of deaf candidates to enhance workplace inclusion. Previously, they worked as a Sign Language Interpreter and Trainer at Sarthak Educational Trust and Youth4Jobs Foundation, where they provided training and support to individuals with disabilities. Mukesh also served as a Sign Language Interpreter for deaf and blind students at Govt ITI Jabalpur and worked as a CBR Worker with Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal, offering counseling and vocational training.
