James Dalton

James Dalton has a significant amount of work experience in various leadership roles. James was the Vice President of Information Technology at BigBear.ai starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as the Vice President of Infrastructure, Operations & Security, where they managed a large team and budget. Before that, they held positions at Freddie Mac, where they were Vice President of Application Services and later Vice President of Engineering & Operations. James also has experience as the Head of Systems Infrastructure Worldwide at Orange Business Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in IT transformation, cost savings initiatives, and cloud adoption.

James Dalton has a Master's degree in Information Systems from American University. James also has two Bachelor's degrees, one in Computer Science and another in Economics, both earned from Bethany College.
