Thomas Olsen

Thomas Olsen is a highly experienced mechanical design engineer with a robust career spanning various roles in leading companies. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Bigbelly, Thomas has successfully designed and launched multiple product features for solar-powered trash compactors while managing projects throughout the entire product development process. As co-founder of PresentCare, Thomas operates a consumer product company specializing in a patented wall-mounted shampoo bottle dispenser. Previous experience includes founding Zephyr Energy Corporation, serving as President, and working as a Systems Engineer at HighRes Biosolutions, where Thomas designed robotic systems for laboratory automation. Early career roles include mechanical engineering co-op positions at several companies, where Thomas contributed to the design and development of medical and consumer products. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
