Amanda Ng is an experienced operations analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, while simultaneously serving as the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator for The Walt Disney Company since March 2019. In this role, Amanda supports the operations of two Disney waterparks, overseeing over 100 Cast Members and fostering a strong team culture. Previous experience includes an Operations Integration Internship at Disney Cruise Line, where Amanda assisted with project management and collaboration across various business lines, and as a Competition Coordinator, managing logistics for large-scale events at a multi-purpose sports complex. Additionally, Amanda began with The Walt Disney Company through the Disney College Program and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
