Michael Crawford

Michael Crawford is an experienced database developer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently at BigChange since October 2021, Michael is responsible for overseeing Pull Requests and managing the release process using Azure DevOps and Redgate Database Change Automation. Prior roles include significant contributions at ClusterSeven, where Michael enhanced an Excel worksheet monitoring program, and at The Digital Property Group, managing databases and developing website extensions. As a senior database programmer at Pershing Ltd, Michael led migrations to newer SQL standards while providing support for DBAs and developers. Michael's foundation in database architecture was established at 2nd Byte, where designs supported a multilingual internet search engine. Earlier career experience includes consultancy at Urban Science International, managing client relationships and report migrations. Michael holds a PhD and BSc in Chemistry from the University of Southampton.
