Onboarding Project Manager

Sharon Watson has extensive experience in project management and customer service roles, currently serving as an Onboarding Project Manager and Onboarding Support Manager at BigChange since October 2021. Prior to this, Sharon worked at NG Bailey from April 2018 to October 2021 as a Customer Service Co-ordinator, where responsibilities included managing structured cabling projects and liaising with service partners. Additional experience includes roles at Trade Furniture Company Ltd as a Customer Service Assistant, Interserve Learning & Employment as a Work Coach, and the Department for Work and Pensions as an Administrative Officer, demonstrating strong skills in client management, communication, and administrative support. Sharon holds a Btec National Diploma in Media & Film from Huddersfield Technical College and has foundational education from Howden Clough High School.
