Steve Kemp

Steve Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades in various roles and industries. Steve began their career as a Technical Staff Trainee and Field Services Engineer at Marconi Radar from 1982 to 1988. Steve then worked as a Propagation Engineer at Philips Mobile Communication Systems from 1988 to 1991. Steve later joined Aerial Sites plc, where they held positions as a Field Engineer from 1991 to 1994 and as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they worked at NFC/Exel Logistics as a Designer/Project Manager from 1996 to 1999. Steve then joined Isotrak Ltd, where they served as the Head of R&D for almost 18 years, from 1999 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Valhalla Consulting Ltd before taking on their current role as Hardware Director at BigChange®.
