Nadav Timor

Nadav Timor is a researcher and engineer specializing in AI inference and speculative decoding, known for developing novel algorithms that significantly reduce inference costs and latencies. They currently serve as an AI Researcher at BigCode and a Senior AI Researcher at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they have built algorithms for secure coding and contributed to the advancement of state-of-the-art models. With a background that includes consulting for startups through the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund Program and leading projects at Equall, 7AI, and MOST Energy Saving, Nadav has demonstrated expertise in automating complex processes and enhancing efficiency within various sectors.
