Shane Rivette

Shane Rivette has a diverse professional background, with experience in technical support, solutions architecture, food and beverage management, and video production. At BigCommerce, Shane currently holds the position of Senior Manager - Enterprise Solutions Architecture, where Shane oversees global practice ownership and KPI establishment and reporting. Prior to this role, Shane served in various positions including Technical Account Manager and Senior Enterprise Account Manager. Before joining BigCommerce, Shane worked at ClubCorp as a Food and Beverage Director, and at Vantage Point Productions as a Video Producer.
