Gary Klintworth, CPA, is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of ARC Consulting LLC since 2007, Gary has leveraged technical expertise in US GAAP and SEC guidance to navigate complex compliance environments. In 2015, Gary co-founded ARC Placement Group LLC, a leading firm in the Bay Area for Finance, Accounting, and IT professional placements. Gary also serves on the Advisory Board of BIGcontrols, which focuses on compliance management for corporate tax incentives. Previous roles include Partner at Klintworth Partners, Corporate Controller at Plumtree Software, Senior Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, and Manager at Arthur Andersen, showcasing a consistent track record of managing audit engagements and financial operations across various industries.
