Ale Ayestarán

Ale Ayestarán is a technology executive and entrepreneur who has led growth across multiple companies over the past two decades. They earned an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (2000–2005) and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business (2010–2012). They were a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from 2006 to 2014, and held roles at Shift Technologies from 2015 to 2020 focusing on revenue, go-to-market, operations, growth, and data. From 2020 to 2022, they served as Chief Business Officer at Mynd and were promoted to Chief Operating Officer, in addition to CBO responsibilities, accountable for end-to-end P&L and Mynd Operations, leading a global team of about 700. They currently serve as Executive Advisor to Roofstock (2024–Present) and as Chief Executive Officer of BiggerPockets (2025–Present).
