Dave Meyer

Dave Meyer has spent the entirety of his career working with software companies, while investing in real estate in his personal time. Over his career in software Dave has held a variety of roles that focus on product development, revenue generation, value creation and analytics.

Since 2010, Dave has been a real estate investor in Colorado. He currently has 7 units and plans to continue growing his portfolio at a steady rate over the next few years, while continuing to work full-time at BiggerPockets as the VP of Growth and Analytics. He is primarily a buy-and-hold investor and self-manages all of his properties, but has also recently started getting into short-term vacation rentals.

Dave has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester, and a M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Denver. Outside of work he enjoys being outside, eating sandwiches, and traveling.
