Will Ellis has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at BigHand since July 2011, where responsibilities include managing internal and external teams to deliver high-quality software and developing team members. Previously, Will held roles such as Development Team Lead and Lead Software Engineer, focusing on team management, technical guidance, and adherence to departmental standards. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at L3 ASA Ltd, where Will supported the design evolution of defense systems and developed code in multiple programming languages. Will also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Reading, contributing to application development and improvement. Will holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Reading and has a solid educational foundation in mathematics and ICT.
