bigHead - The original bonding fastener for composite material.

For over 50 years bigHead has made fasteners for composite material designs in the automotive, marine and construction sectors. Many of these fasteners all share the original bigHead design: a flat perforated head which locks the product securely into position and spreads the load, is welded to a wide choice of studs, nuts, collars, pins and other fixings to offer versatility. We offer comprehensive guidance on the best fastening solution for your purposes.

We work with design engineers at some of the world’s leading companies such as Aston Martin, BMW, FCA, Faurecia, Lamborghini, JLR, Siemens, Tesla and Sunseeker Yachts. We help them save time and improve quality across a wide range of manufacturing processes.
