Previously, Rich worked as an Account Executive at doeLEGAL and held various roles at Thomson Reuters, where they designed tailored solutions for legal departments, and VMware, managing strategic SaaS accounts to drive customer value and retention. Rich holds a J.D. from Penn State Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Delaware, demonstrating a strong foundation in both law and economic principles.
