Jim Brown

Jim Brown currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Partner Management at BigID, focusing on data visibility, control, and managing cloud data risk in areas such as security, compliance, privacy, and governance. Prior roles include Board Member at Fork A Meal, where strategic efforts addressed food insecurity and supported local businesses during the pandemic. At Veritas Technologies, Jim held the position of Director of Global Alliances, cultivating strategic partnerships with industry leaders. Previous experience includes roles at Broadcom Limited, Brocade, Hitachi Data Systems, Exanet, Crosswalk, McDATA, and IBM, with a focus on sales strategy, channel development, and business operations. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Supply Chain Logistics from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and has furthered education with programs at IMD.
