Mark Graffia has extensive experience in services delivery and software development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Services Delivery at BigID since October 2020, with previous roles including Manager of Services Delivery, Field Development Team Lead, and Senior Services Delivery Engineer. Prior to BigID, Mark held various positions at Softheon from December 2011 to October 2020, culminating as Lead Software Architect and Managing Director of Software Development. Early career experience includes working as a Shift Leader at AMF from March 2006 to June 2012 and a Student Intern at the Suffolk County Department of Health from October 2004 to May 2006. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University between 2006 and 2011.
