Татьяна Бодрова

Татьяна Бодрова has extensive experience in personnel management and organizational development. They worked as a Specialist in Personnel Selection at ГК "Стандарт Групп" and Страховая Группа "УралСиб" from 2015 to 2016, and served as a Personnel Manager at ООО "ПРАВО-Конструкция" in 2015. From 2012 to 2015, Татьяна was a Consultant in Personnel Selection at SELECTUM. Most recently, they have held the position of Head of Learning and Development for the Operational Department at Biglion since 2018. Татьяна earned a specialist degree from Московский Государственный Гуманитарный Университет им. М.А. Шолохова from 2008 to 2014.
