Aafreen Hannan

Aafreen Hannan is the HRBP at Big Oh Tech. Prior to that, they were with Empower from May 2021 to September 2021 as the Human Resource Business Partner. Empower is an award winning skills training organization and a National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) training partner with 40+ regional offices in the country.

Aafreen's responsibilities included providing efficient business partnering to enhance company performance, proactively enhancing process and providing guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning, working closely with vertical heads and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention, and providing performance management guidance to line managers (like, coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Before that, Aafreen was with DAG from June 2019 to May 2021 as the Senior Executive Human Resources. And before that, they were with Freeloader Incorporated Communications from March 2018 to July 2018 as the People Operations Intern.

Aafreen Hannan has a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Development from Jamia Hamdard, a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, and a Certification from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in Diploma in Finance and Auditing.

They are on a team with Madan Mohan - Pre Sales Head, Prapti Kohli Sharma - Digital Marketing Manager, and Tanvi Kapoor - CHRO. Aafreen Hannan reports to Sourabh Kapoor, CEO.
