Darren Fox

Darren Fox is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software sales and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Architect at BigPanda since September 2017, Darren previously held significant roles at IBM from February 2006 to September 2017, including the position of Cloud, Cognitive & Analytics ITSM Lead for North America and Consulting Client Technical Specialist. Earlier career milestones include serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Micromuse and as a Senior Consultant/Trainer at MSA, where Darren specialized in Netcool solutions. Darren's foundation in IT infrastructure management was established at SouthernView Technologies. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Southern Polytechnic State University.
