Leon Gendler

Leon Gendler is the GM of Israel, Head of Engineering and R&D of BigPanda. Prior to joining BigPanda, Leon held various leadership positions at Sisense and Nice, where he helped the companies grow significantly and transition their products into high-scale, cloud-based platforms.

As SVP Engineering and SVP Delivery at Sisense, Leon scaled the Engineering department across multiple locations and helped the company grow from $10M to over $100M ARR. At Nice, Leon held the position of VP R&D and helped drive strategic projects like establishing a remote R&D center and an architecture revamp.

Leon is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with MSc. in Computer Science and earned his MBA from Reichman University.
