Shay Grinfeld

Shay Grinfeld is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in managing and advising growth-stage companies. As the Managing Partner at Greenfield Partners since June 2017, Shay has been instrumental in steering the investment fund. In addition, Shay serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including Coralogix, BigPanda, Mixtiles, Quali, and previously Avanan and Tapingo. Shay's past role as Senior Advisor at TPG Growth from January 2020 to December 2022 adds to a rich portfolio of experience. From January 2012 to December 2017, Shay was the Managing Director at Thylacine Capital, overseeing private equity investments. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Business and Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in General Studies with a minor in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
