Audrey Tan's work experience begins with their role as a Co-Founder of the SERUM Initiative, where they provided essential supplies to marginalized communities during the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia. Audrey then worked as an Associate Marketing (Partnerships) at Shopee.
After that, Audrey became the Community Manager at Monsta Asia, where they built and managed the organization's community network while also coordinating a national university tour. Audrey also worked as a University Coordinator at Monsta Asia, managing the university network for corporate programs and coordinating events. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager and University Coordinator, forming partnerships with universities and organizing the first MonSTAR Awards.
Audrey also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at INTI International University & Colleges and as an Associate at Purpose Malaysia, a venture-building firm focused on social entrepreneurship development. Audrey then co-founded Kerjya, a platform connecting companies with local talent and empowering marginalized communities.
Audrey also held the position of Head of Partnership Development, Global Volunteer at AIESEC in Malaysia, managing the partnership network across the country and representing the Asia Pacific region at a global summit. Audrey also served as an Organizer for Startup Weekend, a Google-powered event for entrepreneurs, and as the Director of Sponsorship for UNIMAS TRACE, managing partnerships and achieving high employability rates for the career fair.
Currently, Audrey is working at BigPay | Challenge Banking as a Country Marketing professional, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies.
Audrey Tan pursued their education from 2014 to 2017 at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Management.
