Ryan Bear is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in managerial roles. Currently serving as General Manager at both El Gaucho Bellevue and El Gaucho Restaurant since June 2021 and at Big Sky Resort since November 2019, Ryan has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. Previous roles include General Manager at GameWorks, Inc., and Food & Beverage Director at Madison Hotel. Notably, Ryan was the Director of Operations for Food & Beverage at Washington Athletic Club, overseeing multiple venues and a sizable staff. Ryan's career began after graduating from Southern Nazarene University with a degree in Political Science and Journalism. Recently relocated to Seattle, WA, Ryan is committed to continuing a successful career in the area.
