Sonali Wadhwa has a diverse work experience in various roles. Sonali started their career in Ravissant Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for strategic planning, brand building, business development, and sales and marketing. Sonali then moved on to Parfums Christian Dior, where they worked as a Supervisor and later as a Senior Trainer. Their responsibilities included sales projection and budgeting, training sales staff and management, and conducting tours with international experts. Sonali then joined Reliance Brands Limited as a Training Manager, focusing on the premium to luxury segments of the fashion business. Currently, they are working at BigSpring as a Customer Success Lead, where they perform tasks related to understanding client's business, developing learning programs, engaging with learners, and providing feedback.

Sonali Wadhwa has a diverse education history. Sonali completed their Post Graduation in Fashion Retail Management from the Pearl Academy of Fashion between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Philosophy from Lady Shri Ram College for Women from 2003 to 2006. Sonali completed their Pre-university education at Jyotinivas College from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. In 2012, Sonali also attended a short-term course on Luxury Brand Management and Product Design at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey India & SouthAsia in August 2018 and DiSC from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in July 2018.
