Tricia Lee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tricia is currently working at BigSpring as the Senior Manager of User Growth, where they focus on driving user growth for the company's work readiness platform. Prior to this, Tricia worked as a Customer Success Manager at BigSpring, where they helped create talent pools for business growth.
Before joining BigSpring, Tricia had a significant role at Uber as the Regional Operations Manager - Restaurants for the APAC region. In this position, they handled multiple responsibilities, including restaurant marketing, growth and onboarding, customer experience, and team leadership. Tricia covered restaurant partners across several countries in the APAC region.
Tricia also worked as a Yoga Teacher at Yoga Will & Crossfit Morpheus, where they taught various yoga classes on a part-time basis. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research Associate at Nouri Restaurant in Singapore, where they explored global food traditions and anthropology.
Earlier in their career, Tricia was a founding member of the KPMG Digital Village, where they served as an Assistant Manager and Senior Associate in the field of Digital Innovation and Strategy. Tricia helped corporate clients transform opportunities into customer-centric and innovative products and services.
Tricia's work experience also includes roles at Standard Chartered Bank as a Management Trainee, at the University of Cambridge's Department of Genetics as an Intern, and at the Health Promotion Board as an Intern.
Tricia Lee's education history includes earning a B.A. (Hons) and M.A. (Hons) in Natural Sciences Tripos (Biological) from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In 2009 to 2010, they attended Hwa Chong Institution and obtained their GCE A Levels. Tricia also pursued further education in 2015 by enrolling in the CFA Institute, where they became a CFA Level II Candidate scheduled for June 2016.
Additionally, Tricia has obtained several certifications in different fields. In June 2021, they obtained the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Tricia also completed the 40HR CET Yoga Wheel Teacher Training and became a Certified Yoga Teacher through the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, both in 2019 and from the Yoga Alliance. Other certifications include Theory of Music Grade 8, obtained in March 2009 from ABRSM, as well as Piano Grade 8 and Cello Grade 6, obtained in September and August 2008, respectively, from ABRSM.
