Jo Graham

Jo Graham is the Managing Director at The Whisky Ambassador, where they upskill individuals who sell or serve whisky and create bespoke whisky events. Since 2011, Jo has been involved in developing the first accredited training course for promoting malt whisky, enhancing both customer satisfaction and company profitability. In addition to their role at The Whisky Ambassador, Jo has served as Owner and Director of People Solutions (Scotland) Ltd, providing expert HR consultancy since 2006. Their earlier experience includes positions as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager at Lloyds Pharmacy and Safeway, respectively, from 1995 to 2006. Jo has also held the position of Trustee and Chair for BII in Scotland since 2016.
