Alex Cools

Alex Cools has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career in 2002 as a Documentary Information Provider at Mailprofs uitzendbureau BV, where they gained knowledge in information and facility management. In 2005, they worked as a Junior English Translator at ISO Translations before transitioning to a role as Warehouse and Sales Assistant at Vincent Shoe Store Sweden AB. After moving back to the Netherlands, Alex worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Aktiesport B.V. and Sporthuis Geerts B.V. In 2010, they joined Ziengs Schoenen B.V. as an Assistant Store Manager before becoming a Store Manager at Clarks in 2017. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an ECCO Store Manager at Nelson Schoenen BV. Currently, Alex is an Area Sales Manager at BikeFair - De Fiets Marktplaats, where they are responsible for online offerings and commercial development.

Alex Cools has a varied education history. They started at Burgemeester Alberts College in 1989 and completed their MAVO - D studies in 1994. From 1994 to 1998, Alex attended Zoomvliet College where they studied MEAO Economisch - Juridisch and obtained a degree in Medewerker Openbaar Bestuur. In 2002, they attended SOD for a Maatwerktraining in Medewerker Documentaire Informatievoorziening. In 2005 and 2006, they studied Ondernemer MKB at P3transfer at the MBO - Niveau 2/3 level. In 2007 and 2009, Alex attended Da Vinci College, focusing on Filiaalmanager at the MBO - Niveau 4 level. In 2008, they also completed a Sportvak Adviseur degree at Detex Opleidingen. In 2013 to 2016, they attended Scheidegger Opleidingen and completed the HBO Leergang Management program. Lastly, in 2017, Alex studied Schoen Adviseur at Detex Opleidingen.
