Biko Today is a South African technology institution and AI-powered platform designed to bridge the gap between talented youth and the operational needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We combine advanced technology, structured training, and real-world work delivery to create measurable growth for both businesses and students.

Our model connects graduating students, learnership participants, and under-employed youth with SMEs that need personnel support, digital services, and business process assistance. Through our partnerships with institutions such as CPUT’s BIIC and NetCampus, we have already trained over 3200 students and have access to a talent pool of over 5,300 young people nationwide.

The Biko Today platform leverages machine learning (ML), large and small language models (LLMs & SLMs), and process automation, not to chase trends, but to create scalable, high-impact solutions. Our AI-powered teaching approach equips students with real-world skills in automation, data analytics, digital tools, and data-driven marketing, while enabling SMEs to access affordable, high-quality support that improves efficiency, sales, and customer engagement.
