Most Indian companies we speak to are in the same position. They know ESG is coming. They're just not sure where to start, what actually matters for their sector, and whether the consultant they hire will give them something real or just a nicely formatted report.
That's the gap Bilancia was built to fill.

We're an ESG and sustainability advisory firm based in Ahmedabad, with active operations in the UK and UAE. Our work covers the full spectrum. Life Cycle Assessments built to ISO 14040 and 14044 standards, BRSR and GRI sustainability disclosures, CDP and TCFD reporting, GHG accounting across Scope 1, 2, and 3, climate risk modelling, ESG due diligence, supply chain sustainability assessments, and capacity building programs for internal teams.
The companies we've worked with include Adani, Reliance, Tata Motors, ArcelorMittal, JCB, PI Industries, and GHCL. Across chemicals, automotive, steel, and heavy machinery. These aren't checkbox engagements. They're complex, multi-stakeholder projects where getting it wrong has real consequences.
Our founder Rajas Gupta holds an MPhil in Environmental Policy from Cambridge and a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago. The team brings together expertise in environmental engineering, climate modelling, GIS, and management advisory. It's a combination you won't find at most firms operating in this space.
Right now, BRSR mandatory filings, CBAM pressures from European buyers, and India's carbon trading scheme are all landing at the same time. Companies that started preparing two years ago are ahead. Most others are scrambling.
If you want to understand where your organisation actually stands, and what a practical ESG strategy looks like for your sector, send us a message. We're straightforward about what we can do and what we can't.
