David Guest

David was appointed in November 2019 and is Chair of the Audit Committee. David brings significant audit experience to the Board and is currently the senior audit partner at UHY Hacker Young in Brighton. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has extensive experience advising both UK and International companies on AIM.
