Mia Nilson has a decade of experience at Regeringskansliet as Kansliråd from October 2007 to October 2017. Following this, Mia served as Generalsekreterare at Hela Människan from January 2018 until September 2025. In addition, Mia holds positions as a board member at CAN - Centralförbundet för alkohol- och narkotikaupplysning since May 2023 and at Studieförbundet Bilda since June 2020.
