John Lin

John Lin has extensive work experience in the technology industry. John most recently worked at Amwell as the VP of Engineering, where they were responsible for strategic planning, product and platform engineering, and security. John led globally distributed teams and implemented a standardized working model for Agile development. Prior to Amwell, John was the Global Head and VP of Engineering and Product at ShipSage, where they led product, platform engineering, and enterprise architecture. John also worked at Gap as a Senior IT Director and at McKesson as a Director of IT. Earlier in their career, they held managerial positions at Oracle, Barclays Investment Bank, and Future US. John has a strong background in software engineering and has successfully led teams in implementing automation and CI/CD practices. John has a proven track record of optimizing processes, improving cycle time, and achieving operational efficiencies.
