David Levitt

David Levitt, FCIOB, FCMI, is a Senior Commercial Manager at Bilfinger, beginning in September 2023, with extensive experience in commercial management within the nuclear and construction sectors. Notably, David served as the Commercial Lead for a Nuclear Decommissioning Project at James Fisher Nuclear Limited from March 2017 to September 2023. Previous roles include Programme Manager at Nuclear AMRC and Commercial Specialist at Rolls-Royce, where David managed commercial aspects of nuclear new build projects and also provided consultancy services through Levitt Consultancy Ltd. David's earlier experience includes management positions at AWE, Balfour Beatty, and C Spencer Ltd, with a focus on frameworks and contractual management. David holds a Master’s Degree in Military History from the University of Birmingham, an MSc in Construction Management from Loughborough University, and a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University.
