Dmitry Rybko

Dmitry Rybko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Procurement Manager at Bilfinger Tebodin since October 2017, Rybko oversees procurement activities in Central and Eastern European countries. Previous roles include Country Logistics and Security Officer at ACTED, where responsibilities included procurement planning and supply chain management, and National Building Management Officer for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, focusing on administrative support and building management. Rybko's tenure at ING Bank Ukraine saw a focus on establishing a General Services Department and managing procurement functions. Early career experiences include project management in ship construction and consultancy roles for organizations such as Bain & Company and the International Finance Corporation. Rybko holds a Master's degree in International Management from Kiev National Economic University and a Master's degree in Multichannel Electrocommunication from the Kiev Branch of Odessa Electrotechnical Institute of Communication.
