John Haigh

John Haigh is an experienced pipe fitter and bolting technician currently employed at Bilfinger since November 2019, and has been with OGN since February 2014, focusing on installing duplex, super duplex, and carbon steel pipes on the FPSO at Wallsend Dock. With a solid background in the oil and gas industry, John has worked onshore at notable sites including Easington, Lindsey Oil Refinery, and BP, and has self-financed certifications for offshore work, enhancing expertise through 17 years of experience in plumbing and pipe fitting. Additionally, John contributed as a bolting technician on the BP Andrew oil rig while previously working as a pipe fitter with Reliance from January 2011 to August 2013. Education includes attending Sir Henry Cooper from 1991 to 1996 and the School of Dope.
