Mirja Becker currently serves as the Chief HR and HSEQ Officer at Bilfinger since June 2025. Prior to this role, Mirja worked at dormakaba from September 2015 to May 2025 as CHRO and SVP Group HR, directly reporting to the CEO. Mirja's experience also includes serving as the Director Group HR at DORMA International Holding GmbH from April 2011 to August 2015, and as HR Manager EMEA / Germany at AkzoNobel from August 2010 to April 2011. Additionally, Mirja held the position of Department Manager International HR at METRO AG between 2006 and 2010. Educationally, Mirja Becker earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Ruhr University Bochum, completing studies from October 2000 to March 2006.
