About BilinkPay

Founded in London in early 2025, BilinkPay is building a next-generation cross-border financial platform designed to connect Western and Eastern markets, starting with the UK/EU to Asia corridors.

We are currently preparing for FCA Electronic Money Institution (EMI) authorisation and are not yet FCA-authorised. During our build and pilot phases, any regulated financial services are provided via regulated partners under their permissions, compliance requirements, and onboarding decisions.
