Anni Dang

Anni Dang is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations with extensive experience across various companies. Presently serving as the Manager of People Ops and Compliance at Bill.com since March 2019, Anni has also held the position of Senior People Ops at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Advisor at Dialog Semiconductor and a Senior HR Representative at Xilinx, where Anni worked for over 13 years. Anni began the HR career as an HR Assistant at Saks Fifth Avenue and progressed through various HR positions, including HR Specialist and HR/Recruitment Coordinator. Anni holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from San José State University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
