Ashis Poddar

Ashis Poddar is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and software architecture, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Bill.com since January 2020. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Engineering at Veem, where Poddar played a key role in developing a next-generation platform for business-to-business payments, and Director of Engineering at Minkasu, where Poddar contributed to secure payment solutions for eCommerce. With previous experience at PayPal as Lead Architect, Poddar was instrumental in modernizing mobile development and enhancing mobile wallet features. Earlier career roles include Engineering Lead at Chutney Technologies and Software Engineer at Intarka Inc. Poddar holds a Data Science Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
